Fraternal Benefits Night a Success

On Tuesday, April 20, our staff attorneys joined a team of retirement and insurance professionals to provide a free evening seminar to parishioners of local parishes on how to protect the future of their family, their health and their property.

With over 40 in attendance at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish in Naperville, the team covered issues related to insurance coverage, retirement accounts and management and distribution of wealth and healthcare directives.  Ian Carlos and George Flannery, from the Knights of Columbus discussed the options and benefits of life insurance coverage in protecting your family.  Rick Pryzbylski, from Edward Jones discussed retirement savings, including the new benefits of Roth IRA accounts.  Finally, staff attorneys Mark W. Salkeld, Alex M. Rechenmacher and Edward P. Graham discussed the importance of estate planning from property distribution to delivery of healthcare, including Durable Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts.

The event was sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, Naperville Council #1369.  The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic fraternal service organization, with more than 1.8 million members in over 14,000 councils around the globe.

Copies of the portion of the presentation are available in PowerPoint and PDF formats upon request. Please e-mail staff@graham-law.com to request your free copy or more information about our services.
